The meeting was called to order by Ron. The minutes were approved as presented. (Carolynn Studenmund, Delinda Spoon)

Treasurer Report - Motion to approve as presented. (Ruth Ann Dearth, Carolynn Studenmund)

Ron reported that a check was given to the Neighborhood Outreach Program.

Discussion was held on whether to have a table at the Bellville Fair to publicize the BCF. Ruth Ann will ask the Pool Committee if they would share a table or space at the Bellville Fair. Thoughts of a slide show showing the prospective swim club as well other parks (from www.BellvilleOhio.net) our website. The Pool Committee said they would welcome sharing a table. We will meet with them next Thursday, August 9, 7 pm at the pool.

Ron will deliver the BCF folders to Snyder's Funeral Home and discuss the organization with them.
