New Bellville Area Developments

Bellville is a progressive community with many new developments in the area.

The new Jefferson Township-Bellville Fire Department is located on St. Rt. 13

Deer Ridge Golf Club (open to the public) located off St. Rt. 97 has a new Club House and Restaurant.

Church of God located off St. Rt. 13 has completed a new addition.

 

New condominiums under construction on Durbin Ave. W.

 

Fast Eddie's Pizza Shop has opened in the Village

Brumby's Coffeehouse & Pizzeria (96 Main St) has reopened!

Elzy Milling & Trade just celebrated their one-year anniversary in town. They are located in the old Bellville Mill - one of the most recognizable and historic buildings in the Clear Fork Valley, dating back to at least the 1840s. Among the many aggressive items they have planned in the short term is the complete replacement of the old roof, structural renovation and painting.
